Service is exceptional with helpful and friendly staff, particularly Ms. Meisner who went out of her way to assist with any needs. the breakfast is delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. the hotel has excellent facilities such as a pool and spa, adding to the overall value.

Some of the hotel staff members have limited flexibility with reservations, causing minor inconvenience when attempting to book directly with the hotel.

The receptionist at this hotel was incredibly helpful and kind. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the hotel was also great - we were able to easily access nearby attractions and the surrounding area was beautiful. the amenities at the hotel were top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We did encounter some issues while trying to book directly with the hotel. The person we spoke with was not willing to accommodate our needs and we had to book through a third-party site instead.
